King F.A.M.E....WHO AM I

After years of false starts and frustrations, King F.A.M.E. has finally gotten himself to the level he was seeking musically. Spending close to a year building a team that had the same visions that he saw, his 1st Official Album "Rise 2 F.A.M.E." is ready to be heard. The Intro track to the Album, "Who Am I" also inspired F.A.M.E.'s 1st Official Video, which was filmed in Atlanta by GT Films (Video Credits: Sonny Digital, Waka Flocka, Shawty Lo and more). "Who Am I" (Produced by The Trackuttuz) gives the viewer an incite to the different steps in life that F.A.M.E. has been through. 

Following the release of this video, King F.A.M.E. will be headlining a Concert in his home city of Durham, North Carolina at the Casbah (1007 West Main St) on Wednesday, December 12, 2012. Supporting performances lined up include NC's Queen of Hip Hop Shelly B, Chapel Hill artist Fluent, and fellow Durham artists Wreck N Crew and D4G. King F.A.M.E. released a new summertime track for the ladies this week titled "Can I Be". Smooth flow from the verses to the hook that speaks to the females with encouragement and understanding. KING F.A.M.E. Newest Sony/BMG Recording Artist!

North Carolina based artist, King F.A.M.E., aka Marcus Legette, has been making music for close to 10 years now. He's an extremely versatile artist that plays a part in all aspects of his career. His music can be listed in several genre's from Hip Hop, Pop, Rock, R&B and Club/Dance. With the release of his 1st Official single, "Jupiter", getting widespread recognition and two projects expected to hit the public forums this year, F.A.M.E. has been working hard to get himself to the next level. He's had his foot in the door several times but was determined to get himself to the right place so nothing and nobody would get in the way of his own dreams...

That time has come! 2012 Grammy winning A&R with Sony/BMG, James Brown, gave him the go ahead this morning to announce to the world that he is the newest Recording Artist with the label. The journey begins for another North Carolina artist and we are proud to stand behind this talented young man!
