Team Collective is a "Movement" of various artists, promoters, photographers, models and more that have come together with a common goal: "To support each other and excel one another to reach the highest potential in their respected crafts".Team Collective consists of 5 individual Hip Hop/RNB artists that have decided that "UNITY" is the best way to accomplish goals and get their music to the masses. Each artist, unique in their own way, brings a different aspect to the group and makes the team stronger.
I recently had the chance to get this team to sit still for an interview and find out more about them. So, I introduce to you, the artists ofTeam Collective!
Young Dirt aka CJ Ross has been repping Reidsville for a while now, covering Greensboro in his path. As a new CMA Nominee this year for Hip Hop Male Artist, Young Dirt is putting in work. He's been featured on numerous Mixtapes, performed all over North Carolina and outside of our state, is dropping quality videos and his track (one of my favorites) "Still Undefeated" will be featured on Katt Williams new movie "The Obama Effect". Young Dirt takes the stage with confidence and the audience is guaranteed to be jumping and moving along with him.
As CEO of G.H.S.L. (Grind Hard Sleep Less) and titles to his belt as Writer, Engineer, Artist, Actor and Producer, it's no wonder he's known as "Mr. Do It All". Triple threat Young Dirt is here to takeover and be forefront is representing his home state of North Carolina!!

East Carolina University graduate, Kristen Stoneman, started out her career on the turntables at the college radio station but has landed "KStones" in some impressive positions within the music industry. As one of the only female DJ's in the Triangle area of North Carolina, KStones has proven to be an equal contender to her male counterparts. Her resume boasts work with G105.1 FM's Bob and the Showgram, General Manager/Hip Hop Director of WZMB 91.3 FM, National Coordinator for Island/Def Jam College Marketing Team, CEO of Stoneman Records and 2011 Carolina Music Awards DJ of the Year. She's been featured in DStripped Magazine and 2011 Best of Awards Raleigh Downtowner Magazine. DJ KStones is a favorite among NC's Underground artists because she spins their music whenever she's able to at the local clubs she works in.
